Refund policy

CropSafe is a one-time digital software purchase fulfilled automatically by Lemon Squeezy. You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase when:

• you made a duplicate purchase;
• you did not receive a license key after checkout; or
• a persistent technical problem prevents activation or normal use and we cannot resolve it.

How to request a refund

Email cropsafesupport@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and your order number. Do not include your full payment-card details or license key.

Processing and buyer rights

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and processes approved refunds. Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on the payment method. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
